After the glamorous gala night at the SMX Convention at the Mall of Asia, we had to wake up early to get back to the convention. We made sure to have a good mind and body condition for the whole day training. Everyone was so excited to learn and listen to our great coaches and surprise guest speakers.

As we arrive our other team members were almost next in line for the registration, we were lucky they were earlier otherwise we have to fall in line outside the building and the end of the line is almost half circle around SMX. Yep that many people, you surely will be amazed and happy to see that you are not alone in this crusade and that many Filipinos are putting time and effort to achieve financial freedom and take others along with them.

Every team had their own shirt on to have each member recognize and meet one another. In our personal team, it's just me, my wife and couples CJ and Nellyn, so we joined with our MD Ms. Luz and the whole Team Lozada together with our Ninang Edna and Ninong Eric. I am really happy and inspired when I found out that most of us there were couples. Of course It's really nice to be in a business with your loved ones.

The day started with a 30 minute dancing-exercise party-like grooving. Everyone was having fun in spite of the long line outside and the lack of sleep. We know that we will gain a lot of knowledge today and get fueled for our next battles on this crusade. I personally don't dance (ksi rockersss ako haha) but who cares, everyone was dancing and enjoying so I danced til I sweat. Look at our moves, go tita Luz, look at CJ and Nellyn firing up the dance floor! And can you see my Momsy? Even with her high wedge shoes she dances gracefully, Im proud of you Bhie. There were teams from all around the world, one team even brought 600 members with them at this convention! Hopefully next year no I mean for sure next year, we can be more or as many as them.

The first speaker was our Canadian WFG all star Ms. Liz Zetazate, she explained the importance of following the system and how she dominated Canada. Also with her is Ms. Karen Chin w/c was also her apprentice before and now putting up her own big IMG office.

Different coaches and awardees last night also shared their inspiring stories. I can never forget the 5P's for success which was Prayer, Patience, Persistence, Perseverance, and Passion oh and Poccus (focus in bisaya) as added by Sir Noel hehe. One of the Big 3 Mr. Noel Arandilla, showed us some heart touching and realizing videos. He told us the story of the miracle of the Chinese Bamboo and how we can relate them to our lives and apply them in our business.

The crowd gets more excited as our next guest speaker arrives. It was Mr. Rex Mendoza ! CEO of Philam life. He showed us the trend of the market last year and gave us tips and shared his secrets of success. Very fun speaker and encouraging talk. You can never fall asleep Ole!!!

Here are some of his main takeaways:

Staying in the market is the safest thing to do. In and out, in and out, will always put you at risk.
The biggest risk is not when you’re in the market and it goes down, but when it goes up and you’re not part of it.
The key is to participate in the continuing growth story of the Philippines

But wait there's more ! After the fun and laughter with Mr. Mendoza's speech the atmosphere shifted when this surprise guest speaker arrived. It was the famous finance guru, preacher, best selling author

Bro. Bo Sanchez! He gave emphasis to the "Block" which hinders most of us from achieving our goals. This block is "Education without Execution" he taught us that when you are learning is not enough to jot down notes about what you have learned. The notes should include your realizations, resolutions and routine. He encouraged everyone to write down our dreams and keep focus on how we can achieve our goals. In the end we prayed together then shook hands telling "Congratulations Millionaire and Millionaire Makers"
